Our facility is equipped with an elevator, and our infrared sauna can accommodate multiple people of size, and wheelchairs or mobility devices. Cancellation Policy
You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment.
There is a 10 minute grace period for lateness. If you do not appear for your appointment within 10 minutes of your scheduled time without contacting your therapist, you may be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Completion of the service is at your therapist's discretion and is dependent upon their schedule.
If you are late to your appointment, your service will still end at the originally scheduled time.
